Specific barriers can include but not limited to the following:  Limited organizational culture which includes limited knowledge of social change  Poor hiring tactics related to implications on American with Disabilities, Equal Employment Opportunity Act, and LGBTQ community  Limited to no education on the value of social justice within human services agencies  Lack or limited technology  Legal and ethical dilemmas  Mis-aligned organizational structure including ineffective board members  From the barriers mentioned above or in your present or future counseling or human services agency which particular barriers might you encounter as a manager? 

Your written assignment will consist of a paper discussing four of the barriers in detail. Based on what you know now, what possible challenges can you identify to overcome the barriers?
