As I am doing a research paper I wanted to get a different feed back regarding the following questions. Does fraud occur more often by internal employees or external thieves? Why do you think such fraudulent activity occurs? Have you ever witnessed any theft or embezzlement at work? If so, what did you do and what was the outcome? If not, what might an employee witnessing such activities do?
