As I looked over the chart that was given from the organization, I knew there were changes that needed to be made to support the communication throughout the projects. One main change I made when helping the communication was that I put the project manager on the first level of communication after the manager since they are the higher level, they know more about the project than the designers and data analyst. If the project managers were at the bottom of the communication scales, then they wouldn't have a say until the project has already been started and you wouldn't have a great deal of getting information out to everybody. As the Director of Product group, the developers needed to be the first level of communication as they are the ones who will be developing this project and need to know about the project to get it started so that everyone else will have a great leap into knowing about the project. In the original chart of communication, the data analysts were top communication for every manager, I don't think they should be on the top as they are collecting data from the designer, graphic designer, and all the others
