As I mentioned earlier, we are asking select members of the corporate communications team to respond to an internal request for proposals (RFP) on message strategy, in regards to communication around the situation with Regency III at Eidos. We believe this is an excellent opportunity for junior associates to get involved in the strategic process. The RFP is relatively straightforward and calls for a proposal with the following sections:

(1) An executive summary that provides a clear and concise overview of the topic and key points of the proposal.

(2) A summary of the situation with enough detail for someone not aware of the problem to have enough background to understand your recommendations.

(3) Proposed recommendations that focus on communication issues (technical issues regarding the software should only be discussed briefly and at a general level). There are two main audiences we need to address - (a) external - Eidos management; (b) internal - Monarchy Development and Design teams. This section should outline what and how we should communicate to each group.

Additionally, make sure to incorporate Marie's observations into your thinking on internal communication.

This should be no more than three pages, please. You can use your judgment as to how you want to organize the proposal but at minimum, your proposal should include the three components described above.
