We are in the process of building a MVP product and we need to develop a test strategy document that will outline how we intend to test the performance of our MVP product in the marketplace. The following things needs to be considered in the test strategy:

• Select 3 metrics that will be used to analyze if the app is fulfilling the purpose.
  • How will themetrics be used to judge the success/failure of the MVP product offering?
