Section 115 - National Climate Council a) The Minister may convene a National Climate Council.

In determining whether paid media content poses a risk to national climate safety by denying the effects of human-induced climate change, the National Climate Council may only take into account well established matters of scientific fact and emergency services procedure.
Section 121- Restrictions on harmful climate advertising No television, radio or other broadcasting service shall be permitted to display harmful climate advertising. After the amendment, there is a media blackout on advertising by all fossil fuel companies and ICE vehicle manufacturers.
In response to the Safe and Clean Environment Act (Cth) s49, the State of Western Australia amends its existing vehicle registration legislation.
