The Federal government recently made a statement that is plans to increase minimum wages across the country for all workers, and is targeting a 10% increase in wages from the current highest rate used by a Province. Samantha runs a small business and her company relies heavily on student labour. Among many other business owners, Samantha is very concerned about the impact on her business and does not support the proposed legislation. There are also business owners that are fully supportive of the proposed legislation.
