To look at the cases more deeply, you should also use theory tools and theories. A personal story about the leader's actions and accomplishments is a great source for this task. Try to include quotes and detailed descriptions of specific events to back up your conclusions about how the leader behaved and how that affected their following. It is important to give clear sources for any claims or facts you make.
