As part of your completion of the Six Sigma Black Belt Specialization, you will be required to complete a Six Sigma Project under the direction of a Black Belt, Master Black Belt or Champion within an organization for which you are affiliated. In the Define Phase, you will be asked to complete and deliver evidence $($ in the form of artifacts$)$ to document your progress.

At a minimum, the following items will be required for the Define Phase. You are also at liberty to provide artifacts for other tools you deem to be necessary. Include these in the Summary of Next Steps submission.
