As part of your completion of the Six Sigma Black Belt Specialization, you will be required to complete a Six Sigma Project under the direction of a Black Belt, Master Black Belt or Champion within an organization for which you are affiliated. In the Define Phase, you will be asked to complete and deliver evidence ( in the form of artifacts) to document your progress. At a minimum, the following items will be required for the Define Phase.
