As part of your final grade and an important part of this course is the submission of an application project by each student. This project is a student paper on an EMPLOYMENT LAW OR ENVIRONMENTAL LAW topic of your choice. It is due in Week 16, in this semester that is due no later than midnight, SATURDAY, December 17th. The paper is to be written in APA (American Psychological Association) style. These styles and formats may be accessed on the Internet if you are unfamiliar with the requirements. Note: This is a professional business law class. Your professional writing style, legal perspectives, laws in questions, legal issues, facts, legal background, precedent setting cases, etc. Paper organization, grammar, spelling and presentation of facts and opinions will be graded for correctness and accuracy
