As stated in the presentation, I would attempt to implement SAP at the start of a new project. Having the employees learn how to use SAP can create massive benefits for the completion of the project. First, the employees will attend training seminars to understand and use SAP. This will ensure that employees won't have a hard time starting the new project. The more that these employees feel comfortable with using SAP, the better the skills each employee will grasp with SAP. Being able to use SAP comfortably can provide an edge to the company that other companies won't have
