Trying to fit round people into square holes of a corporation is not what managing diversity is all about. Managing Diversity means finding ways to get groups of people from different backgrounds and values to work harmoniously together and share their different perspectives in a way that furthers the goals of the organization. QUESTION: Why is it we naturally expect others to be like us? Why are we more comfortable with people who are similar to us? As 21st century global leaders, how do we overcome this?
