The Commander has approved the BN training plan with numerous Initial Program Reviews (IPR) created to receive indicators on the BNs progress. The BN is conducting individual weapons live-fire training with MRT skills as concurrent training this month, team live-fire next month, and conduct a Command Climate Survey. In addition, a BN diagnostic ACFT in two months with certification of ACFT evaluators in one month and all needed equipment requested to support the live-fire ranges and the ACFT. The companies are conducting PRT daily with MRT skills training and a heavy emphasis in running, deadlift, sprint drag carry, and foot marches. After the completion of the BN ACFT scores demonstrated increase in deadlift and sprint drag carry however decrease in plank and ball throw. In addition, feedback from the recent Command climate survey indicates an increase in Optimism and Unit Cohesion however a decrease in Self-Regulation. During the BN physical fitness IPR, the BN Commander reviews the scores to assess the indicators on progress
