As the new Human Resources manager, you feel that you've accomplished a lot in your first three weeks on the job. You've sunk your teeth into getting to know the culture through designing its mission, vision, and core value statements. Next, you researched the competition, in earnest, as well as taking a deep dive into the internal human resources analysis. You feel confident that you know what positions will need to be created and filled as you move through your plan of action.

As you envision your current employees in the positions, gather additional information from appropriate employees who work in those jobs. Read the attached questionnaire as you decide what is applicable to the position. This would include any observations you may have about the job. Please make sure to label each position including the current employee and/or other sources you use to identify the data.
