As discussed in Module 11, the concepts of being a 'Practical Coach' look to reinforce the right behaviours in the workplace using an 'inclusive' approach to leadership. In the course material & the Ametros simulation you were introduced to the concepts of Inclusive Leadership. Choose one leadership style found in the course modules and explain using what you have learned in the Ametros simulation how that style best reflects inclusive leadership attributes. Consider the individual attributes of your chosen style and relate them to the concepts of; 'Safety, Vulnerability & Emotional Intelligence'.
