As we learned in Session 1, the hotel chain has been experiencing problems with its recruiting/selection process. Some of the additional issues you found were: lack of budgeted funds for advertising, lack of training programs to compliment the current recruiting and selection process, inconsistent employment references, a manual onboarding process, and none of the current technology available is used. You have determined the next best step is to head to the library and/or the web to do some research on best practices. Conduct a mini literature review that compares and contrasts best practices of recruiting, selection, and onboarding methodologies, using at least four journals and professional references. Hint: SHRM is an excellent source to use for this assignment. This research will be used in the final project as you ascertain the best practices to use for your final process
