As with any organization, it is important to look into current culturally competent training practices and diversity training for administrators. Providing diversity training can bring forth the best knowledge, skills, and practices needed for those who work with others who are different and come from different backgrounds (Dreachslin et al., 2012). 1. Assessing the current plan in place would be my first step, followed by investigating different ways to implement cultural tactics by learning from others within the organization based on their needs and wants. 2. Implement Diversity: Being a leader involves constantly implementing policies and procedures. Being committed to providing the right type of diversity within our organization would involve implementing a vision of having those from different cultural backgrounds
