As you consider your own leadership journey, provide an analysis of at least one aspect of Adaptive Leadership that you have learned as an important takeaway this semester. First describe what Adaptive Leadership is and then, of the different aspects of Adaptive Leadership (for example, the characteristics, three phases of work, disequilibrium, sanctuary/allies/thriving, etc.) that have been discussed, identify and explain at least one aspect you anticipate using as you deploy acts of leadership either in your KU, work, or home communities. Be specific, clear, and relate the material to your own personal experience and leadership journey
