1. Please work with the team to ensure that innovation is reflected in our Quality Improvement Plan and our continuous improvement process.
2. Please refer to the strategic goals of our service and the operational performance data that I have attached, so you understand where things stand currently and where I would like us to be headed.
3. Please collaborate with the QIP working group to deliver a presentation on the workplace innovations that you believe can be implemented. Please develop a written proposal to accompany the presentation. Please also obtain feedback and reflect on the teams' performance.
