Ashfaq is tired of having stuff stolen from his garage. He sets up security cameras on the front corners of his house to catch the perpetrators in case they steal stuff again. One day, John and Peter come up to Ashfaq's garage and lift the door with the intention of stealing property out of the garage. However, Ashfaq was ready for them with Spike the dog ready to attack. Spike bit John, and both John and Peter ran from the premises. John has now filed suit against Ashfaq. Who wins and why?
