ASSEMBLY LANGUAGE

Write a program that displays the pattern in the file "Double Diamond Pattern.txt" below (you can use any txt file and I can just change the name. There should be two blank lines before and after the pattern. I can't for the life of me find this information or an example anywhere I look. I just need to read from a txt file and reprint the information back out in the command window.

You can use any .txt file you want. I can just swap out the name.
