This will require administration and monitoring of multiple elements to ensure your project is satisfactorily delivered. To deliver your project you will need to provide evidence that you have achieved your project deliverables by completing the appropriate administration. monitoring and implementation oi your Project Plan. This should include: I Consulting and oomm unicating with relevant stakeholders to generate input and engagement in planning, implementing and reviewing the project - Ensuring project team members are clear about their responsibilities and the project requirements - Providing supportior project team members. especially with regards to their specific needs. to ensure that the quality of the expected outcomes of the project and documented time lines are met - Establishing and maintaining the required reoorditeeping systems throughout the project I Implementing and monitoring the plans for managing project finances, resources and quality - Completing and forwarding project reports as required to stakeholders - Undertaking risk management as required to ensure project outcomes are met The evidence you will need to supply to demonstrate completion of the project administration and monitoring components of the Assessment should be summarised in a written report which should be stntctured to reflect the specific details pertaining to your project.
