As the way of serving customers is different to other restaurants, the employees receive one-day training when they are employed, and take online fire training, too As you wish to maximise the profits, currently, the corridor is very narrow, and the fire braziers are carried by the serving employees Moreover, you work as the floor manager and arrange tables for the customers and manage serving staff Currently, there is only one cashier available and she works 7 days a week

The locale of your restaurant is to be developed by the local council, and more attractive facilities and parks are to be opened in 2 years More tourists and visitors will come to the area For this reason, the landlord is planning to increase the rent price

The restaurant has the following current conditions:

All cash payments are counted on the morning of the next day

The employees do not have a formal and legalised employment contract

To minimise the delivery costs, the supplies are only done once per week

Currently, there are 4 cooks, 20 serving employees and 1 cashier working in the

restaurant

Sometimes, the food stocks are stored in the emergency exit

The order papers are collected by the cooks, and the owner collects them at the end of

operating hours

There are no documents placed in the restaurant for the identified risks and their
