Assessment topic: Provide a reflection report discussing the readings, class activities, discussions, observations and lectures explored in the course. You are required to discuss how they have changed the way you communicate at work or in life. Not only should critical thinking be demonstrated in the reflection, you must also provide opinions, ideas, thoughts and feelings on the topics explored.

Task details: You must provide a 2000-word Reflection Journal Report. Using a minimum of seven scholarly references, that have been written in the last five years and are credible and reliable.
