Ticket Prices for Major League Baseball (MLB) The topic that I chose to gather both quantitative and qualitative data is the prices of tickets to attend a Major League Baseball (MLB) game. For this study, I will be looking at the average price for a regular ticketed seat including the overall experience. My purpose for choosing this 0 study is to determine what keeps fans away from games and what would keep their interest in Major League Baseball (MLB). Baseball has always been a great pastime in American culture, and it is usually a family game. Ticket prices are always increasing making it harder for individuals and families to attend MLB games. While doing this study I want to make sure that people are aware of what causes the high-ticket prices and what they want to see changed in the league. There are still teams within the league that you can find reasonably priced tickets making it affordable for everyone to attend, but the number is dwindling.
