AMYPOINT is a firm based in the Republic of Aprus -- a small island nation in Europe with a developed services economy -- that specializes in the building and management of airports internationally. AMYPOINT has won a tender to build a brand-new airport at Ariana a country that is highly bureaucratic with a democratic but very fragmented and contentious political system with one major political party that has a focus on ethical governance and another one on Green governance in addition to the traditional parties in the left, right, and center of the political spectrum. Ariana is located in the central part of Asia. Using Project Libre or any other software of your choice that you are familiar with produce a Project Plan for the just mentioned project ensuring you discuss all project phases paying particular attention to the implementation of project management practice in the cultural context of the abovementioned country and especially in areas such as stakeholder management, ethical management, and sustainability.

Your assignment should be structured as follows
