STEPS TO TAKE Access and review workplace documentation with information on the following: At least two operational activities in the organisation for monitoring Performance data on the following for each operational activity: Organisational service levels Organisational efficiency levels Job descriptions Organisational policies for recruitment and selection Monitor your organisation's performance data for each operational activity on at least two separate occasions This must include monitoring the following: Organisational service levels Organisational efficiency levels Use your organisation's template for monitoring performance data. You may also use the Monitoring Report template provided at The Continent Hotel site. Consult with at least two colleagues to determine: At least four recruitment needs There must be one recruitment need for each of the following positions: Casual Contract or temporary Full-time or part-time permanent Volunteer Job description related to each identified recruitment need Salary level of each identified recruitment need Selection parameters for each identified recruitment need Selection process for each identified recruitment need Advertising process and costs
