    • Consideration of the emotions of others when making a decision
  • Areas where you can demonstrate better emotional intelligence, which include:
    • Self-awareness
    • Self-management
    • Social awareness
    • Relationship management
  1. Secure written evidence of the consultation that includes at least two areas of improvement for your own emotional intelligence.

Written evidence can include:

  • Email correspondence
  • Meeting minutes
  1. Submit the written evidence of the consultation to your assessor.
