Question 2.6 You have been observing three children, all around the same age, who are sitting at a nearby table and working to build a collage. Two of the children are quite competent and are working quickly and efficiently. They obviously have particular designs in mind, have collected all the materials they want and are currently cutting out and pasting different shapes onto a large sheet of paper. They have no difficulties with their task. The third child seems to lack confidence, does not really know what they want to achieve and is having difficulty using scissors to cut out different shapes, but is trying.
