Assessment of the module 'Sustainable Organisations' happens via the individual investigative project, culminating into a 4000 ( /- 10%) word written assignment. In the beginning of the module, the assignment will be introduced in greater detail and throughout the module, formative feedback will be provided. Deadline for submission of the assignment: Thursday 16 May, 6pm via Blackboard. Purpose of the assignment: to showcase understanding of the module, and to assess the achievement of the intended learning outcomes. Moreover, the assignment aims to help students to develop their understanding of the topics of the module in greater depth and to apply them to a real life case. Finally, the assignment helps students to imagine constructive ways forward in applying gained scientific knowledge and understandings into practice, and to find creative ways of expressing such knowledge and finding ways to apply it. Instruction for the assignment: the aim is to develop an investigative project during the course of the module around a topic related to sustainability in organisations (in the widest sense possible in terms of the meaning of 'organising'). Students are advised early on during the module to select a topic to investigate that relates to unsustainability-sustainability issues within organising. The
