You will be asked to submit a textual analysis for Units $1-5.$ Because the manuscripts are essential for your engagement with the primary texts, late work will not be accepted. To receive full credit, you must have done the following:

Written by hand the assigned biblical passage $-$ Isaiah $42$:$1-9.$

Recorded a sufficient number of personal questions or observations about the text. It is expected that you will have $4-6$ questions per text and anticipated that the questions will be meaningful, demonstrating good imagination and engagement with the text.

Recorded a sufficient number of insights from or disagreements ivith the commentators you will be reading for each given text. It is expected that you will have at least $4-6$ contributions from the commentators.

Included a sufficient number of drawings that show understanding of the text. It is expected that you will have $3-6$ illustrations.
