- Then analyse and assess if the leadership styles, attributes and influence tactics of your two chosen leaders are effective in their specific business situations, by answering Questions A to E, below.

- Introduction: describe briefly the leadership styles and attributesof each leader that you have chosen and their specific field(s) of business. (NB: remember that some leaders use different leadership styles to suit different situations)
- Identify each leader's relevant source(s) of power. Do they also aim to empower their followers - and if so, how?
- Analyse the influence tactics that each leader uses and assess if these skills are effective in building credibilityand motivatingtheir followers.
- Rate the emotional intelligence (ability to manage our emotions and behaviours, and manage our relationships with others) of each leader on the Likert scale below:

2 = Moderately low ability
3 = Slightly low ability
4 = Neutral
