Assessments play a vital role in professional organizations from the selection phase to performance evaluations. They assist organizations in making informed decisions about selection of candidates and best methods of managing employees. Personally, I was required to take a personality assessment to be considered for employment with the Department of Children and Families as a Child Protective Investigator as this job required a compassionate individual capable of seeing outside themselves for proper conduct with at-risk families
