This is because employee's job satisfaction and dissatisfaction have a long term influence on the employees practice in any organizational settings. lfthe level of job satisfaction among most employees in the organization is low they may slowdown efforts they put in the organization operations. In recent decades, the issue of employee job satisfaction has aroused interest in world as well. Employees are the main reason an organization could possibly exist for a long time. Similarly to public institutions, employees are the ones who play the major roles and make significant contributions to the organization. Well satisfied employees will influence the productivity of the organization and will lead to achieving the organizations vision and goals {Hussin, 2011}. The public sector is the direct source of public services, encompassing main poverty reduction institution and others serving for service delivery of public policy of citizen satisfaction and indeed the functioning of government requires a high standard of services for socioeconomic growth [Ramady 2013}. There is therefore a need to understand the job satisfaction of public service employees toward their employment. Job satisfaction is issues of concern in the public sector {AlKahtani 2012 and Hertog 2010}. Research showed that, in the public services are nonmonetary benefits were of concern for employees as compare with in the private sector, tenure (Iqbal, 2010}. There are few recent studies on job satisfaction in the public sector, and those available generally relate to nurses (Alasmari 8: Douglas 2012 and Mitchell 2009} and academics [Abumadini 8t Wosornu 2011 and Iqbal et al. 2011}. In general, factors of job satisfaction has been identified in the broader literature as a factor in both personal and environmental factors that creates the consequences of employee absenteeism and intention to leave a job {Consiglio et al. 2010; Murrells et al. 2008]. Based on the aforementioned gap, this paper try to full fills the gap on the how the demographic factors and a particular aspects of job satisfaction influence employees job satisfactions in selected public sectors in case of Masha woreda, Sheka Zone, Southern nation, nationalities and peoples regional State . The general objective of this study was to determine the determinant factors influencing employee job satisfaction in selected public sectors in Sheka Zone Masha Woreda. The specific objectives include, 0 To determine which of the selected facets ofjob satisfaction lead to job satisfaction ? 0 To assess the influences of demographic variables on employees job satisfaction. 0 To determine the relationship between overall job satisfaction and particular components [facets] of job Satisfaction of selected public sectors in the Woreda. 0 To identify the influence of selected particular components {facetsi ofjob satisfaction on overall job satisfaction. To achieve the objectives the study will use exploratory research design. The study will use both primary and secondary data. The primary data will be collected from 5 public sectors operating in the woreda. There are 1200 employee in the Sheka zone Masha woreda. The data will be collected purposive sampling from managers of the 5 public sectors. Hence, the data will be collected from 45 high level and middle level managers. The study will use both descriptive and econometrics analysis. For the econometrics model, the study will use 0L5 model
