1 . In the following table ,decide whether the cut applies to beef , pork, and or lamb. Some cuts apply to more than one kind of meat. Mark down all the meats to which a cut may apply. Then to the right of the cut, add the letter from the description below the table that is best. Each small letter may be used only once.
