Assignment 2-Selling an Idea: Great ideas are one thing; getting them into the minds of others is another. Use various selling techniques to sell your ideas to others. Remember, marketing is a battle of perceptions, not ideas. All truth is relative - what people perceive to be true that is the truth. As the head of Research and Development in your corporation, you realize the need for providing your employees with a work environment that encourages creativity and innovation. In an effort to create that type of environment, you have prepared a "benefits" proposal to include employee benefits that enhance the overall performance of your employees and provide them with a pleasant environment that achieves an appropriate level of work/life balance. The benefits you are proposing are very costly and extend beyond the traditional paid vacation time and bonuses. Draft a benefits proposal that details the type of benefits that you believe will create the creative, innovative environment that you would like your employees to enjoy in hopes of increasing productivity. In your proposal, be sure to "sell" your idea and explain how these benefits will yield positive results despite the high cost of offering these benefits. Address concerns you anticipate management to raise as a result of your proposal
