Group Project on the Development of Project Charter

Description:

The Assignment is for the development of a project charter for a project in a real organization.

This assignment will be undertaken by the same group (that was formed in the beginning of the semester). Members of each group should nominate a focal person to communicate with the professor.

Please note that a student's name can appear only in one group. If a student's name appears in more than one group, it will be assumed that he/she does not belong to any group,and will not be graded for this assignment. That means, he/she will be given a zero mark.

The members of any group are also welcome to communicate with the professor when there are special issues involved.

Instruction on the selection of a Project - use the same project theme that you have used for both RFP and WBS Assignments.
