The goal of this assignment is to write a professional, clear, and concise messages and posts on social media for networking and job search purposes How to Proceed Part A: Connect on Linkedin 1. Choose 1 contact out of the 10 contacts you found as part of the Unit 3 in-class group activity on finding people on Linkedin. 2. Explain why you chose this prospect and how this contact might help you with your career. 3. Write a short 'mock' message to request to connect with this person. 4. Next, assume that this person has accepted your request. Write a tailored message to introduce yourself and request a short phone conversation that could benefit both of you. Part B: Public Post on Linkedin 5. Create a 'mock' Linkedin post (minimum of 100 words to maximum of 300 words) that you would like to share with your network, upon finishing your certificate program at Extended Education. You can write a professional update or a request for assistance with the job search. 6.
