Scenario: Table Saw Lockout/Tagout Procedure

One worker has been cutting wood on the same table saw for several days. He is finding that the blade has become dull. The worker requests a new blade from his supervisor. The supervisor obtains a new blade from the storage area and provides it to the worker with a copy of the lockout/tagout procedure that needs to be followed.

Complete the Lockout/tagout procedure that needs to be followed and that can be eventually laminated and posted on the machine.
