It also requires you to explain your choice of approach with a change plan stating the various stages of change and how you would implement your recommendation at the various stages.

You have the following choices: 1. Planned Approach - Lewin, Kotter or Generic Planned Change Approach o You have to choose one of them. You cannot combine them in your change plan. 2. Emergent Approach 3. Blended Approach o If you choose a blended approach, you need to indicate the stages where the emergent and planned approaches will be at play. Please review the three options for planned change (Lewin, Kotter and Generic) as per the images in the attached PPT and use the stages as the basis for your activities at each stage of your change plan. o You need to choose either Lewin, Kotter or Generic, you cannot combine them. o You have to state the stage where you are using a planned approach only and/or blending planned and emergent approaches.
