What issues would you anticipate if the Ministry of Transportation was considering reducing congestion along the eastbound Highway 403 through Hamilton (true northbound) and approached the City of Hamilton about installing ramp metering signals on the westbound Lincoln Alexander Parkway ramp that enters the Highway 403 Eastbound (true Northbound)?
