Care plans are critical tools used in licensed facilities to ensure the health and safety of individuals in care. Work with a partner, review the Module content, explore legislation and various health authority's practices (available on internet) and develop a PowerPoint presentation integrating facts from the following five areas:

• Types of care plans.
• Goal of care plans.
• Legislative requirements for care plans from a minimal of 2 provinces in Canada.
• Any other considerations.
• Format of care plans (i.e. electronic, paper based etc.)
