You are trying to assess how many full-time employees (FTEs - full-time equivalents) you need to have staffed in order to meet the demand for the month. You know the acceptable productivity range for each of the four stages of imaging (prepping, scanning, indexing, and quality control). To determine the average anticipated productivity, you will use the median of each acceptable range to establish average hourly expectations. Answer the following questions and fill in the table to arrive at the answer to the last question of how many employees you will need. Round answers in the last two columns of the table to two decimal places to allow you to round to the correct tenth in the last question.

1. If there are 250 pieces of paper in an inch (stacked), and the average chart thickness for March is 0.6 inches, how many pieces of paper (images) would each record contain? __________
