As part of the paper, you will interview two (2) different leaders (outside of your family) and ask EACH leader at least 5-8 questions related to leadership within an organizational context. You will compare and/or contrast the different leadership styles and make an argument for what leadership models/theories/approaches best applies to each leader.

2. Questions should solicit information which will be able to compare and contrast leadership theories such as:
