Part I: Elicit Requirements

Document the requirements for your project (project charter attached for project details). At a minimum, you should identify three-to five-high level requirements, functions, and features and fifteen-to twenty-five-detailed requirements. The requirements you identify will be used as the basis for the WBS.

Note. Provide the appropriate level of detail while maintaining a reasonable number of requirements since you will base your planning and scheduling on these requirements.

Format your requirements in:

  • User Stories format, you will have high-level requirements known as Epics and in each Epic, you will have multiple User Stories that follow the formatted language: "As a ROLE, I need a FUNCTION, so that I can, BUSINESS VALUE".

Prepare your requirements documentation for "User Stories format" in the Excel worksheet.

Note. Remember, your requirements should represent ALL the deliverables in your project.

Part II: Work Breakdown Structure

Project Scope Statement Project Purpose / Business Justification The goal of this project is to conduct ethnographic research across three business units (BU)- Australia, Netherlands and the USA, of The Coca-cola Company (TCCC) to understand the cultural context of recycling and develop packaging guidelines with recycling messages on bottles and cans of Sparkling products that motivate consumers to efficiently recycle. The intent is to dramatically reduce the impact of packaging waste on the environment. By understanding the needs and consumer perceptions, the objective is to be able to delineate general guidelines for recycling communications. that spread awareness and encourage consumers to take more accountability towards the environment. - Deliverables 'l. A comprehensive report with a focus on: Recycling Messages: What are various communication methods and initiatives on recycling currently taking place? Education: How informed are consumers on the topic of recycling? What are the different ways to spread awareness now? What are the key triggers? The culture of recycling: What is the culture of recycling? how does it vary across different regions? How might this influence the message? 2. A set of guidelines based on the learnings and insights from the user interviews and ethnographic and secondary research conducted. External Dependencies Will project success depend on coordination of efforts between the project team and one or more other individuals or groups? Has everyone involved agreed to this interaction? The guidelines will be developed based on research conducted and the insights provided by the BUs. For quick updates and exchange of information, the core team will utilize Microsoft Teams. On the completion of specic milestones, ndings will be presented to sponsors and all major stakeholders. B. Assumptions Understanding cultural contexts will help create better guidelines. Improved communication on packaging will provide consumers better understanding on recycling.
