Assignment: Career Profile

After reading through the careers module you will have a good understanding of the wide variety of careers relating to computer technology.

Prepare a report profiling an person working in one of the computer-related fields we have discussed. Gather information for this report by conducting online research and conducting an interview(s) with your candidate.

You may write the questions for the interview yourself, but be sure to include the following topics in your interview.

Job description including technical specifications of the duties involved in the job. hardware and software descriptions including technical descriptions of the hardware and software involved in this job. Job availability: is this career widely available in all locations, and is this career in demand. Career mobility including options for career advancement exist. Similar careers: describe careers which are similar to this career, and skills that may be transferable between the two. Compensation, benefits, and perks. Job satisfaction. Do not format your report in question and answer format based on your interview questions. Instead, include your interview questions as an appendix to which your reader can refer.

Exceed the Expectations: Include supplemental research from credible website to support your interview.
