In this project, you are presented with a list of facts that you will use to draft a contract.In doing so, ensure that all elements of a contract have been met, and that you have drafted a valid contract.You should use the information you have learned in Modules 5, 6, and 7 to complete this project.

Use the list of facts below to draft a valid contract. Refer to the section on Drafting a Contract in the Learning Activities for a variety of contract examples.

Your seventeen-year-old daughter, Tanya, will be getting her senior pictures taken. The photographer, Pete's Pics of 4321 Beauty Lane, Sunset, MI 48222 has a senior picture photo session special.Since you live near Sunset, MI (1234 Ugly Rd., Sunset, MI 48221), you think that Pete's Pics will be the perfect photographer to make Tanya's senior photo memories.Pete's Pics offers multiple photo sessions which are listed below:

• Pete's Pics will provide 2 hours of in-studio photography allowing for 3 clothing changes for $200.
• Pete's Pics will provide 1 hour of in-studio photography allowing for 1 clothing option only and 2 hours of on-location photography, with no more than 2 locations and 2 clothing changeswithin a 15 mile radius of Pete's Pics studio for $400.
• Pete's Pics will provide 3 hours of on location photography, with no more than 3 locations and 3 clothing changes within a 15 mile radius of Pete's Pics studio for $450.
• Pete's Pics may provide additional photo shoot options (clothing changes, photography time, increased distance for location choices, etc.) for additional fees as the parties may agree.

Pete's Pics offers multiple picture package options, which are listed below:

1. Pete's Pics will provide access and full legal rights to 10 customer selected quality images for download at a cost of $150.
2. Pete's Pics will provide access and full legal rights to 20 customer selected quality images for download at a cost of $250.
3. Pete's Pics will provide a detailed pricing list for a variety of printed photo images upon customer's request.
4. Pete's Pics will provide a 2"x3" photo proof image of up to 100 images for $300.
5. Pete's Pics will provide a USB drive with all untouched images taken during selected photo sessions with full legal rights to all images for $500.
