Your supervising attorney learned about this from a different juror, Nathan Dugan. Evidently Ms. Davis revealed this to other jurors during deliberation. Your supervising attorney has asked you to review New York state law on motions for new trial and then help prepare the necessary documents. Your supervising attorney also tells you that Mr. Dugan is willing to sign a declaration or affidavit as to what Ms. Davis revealed.
