This assignment requires you to create a SMART (Specific, Measurable, Assignable, Realistic, Timebound) Action Plan - Personal Development Plan that focuses on some of the course's learning objectives. By developing this plan, you will enhance your ability to make positive change happen in your team and organization.

Assignment Structure:

1. Review the three learning objectives of the course provided:

  • Develop the mindset and tools to successfully adapt and perform in fast-moving hybrid environments.
  • Apply the building blocks of creating high-performance innovative teams, taking into account how they relate to your particular professional challenges.
  • Leverage diverse team members to reach professional goals with the sensitivity to recognize that diversity is not just cultural - more importantly, it is about working style and communication style. By understanding this, we can create unique value.
