Journal writing is an informal writing approach that people useto record their thoughts and experiences on any subject; this can prove helpful for future tasks.

(peer 1) Hello classmates and instructor Reamer, I hope everyone is having a great week and was able to improve on their English skills as much as I have. In school English has always been a strong suit of mine compared to social studies or science, this course definitely improved on my knowledge of writing and English literature. The skills I have learned is using media in my research along with properly siting the source and being sure it is credible. I loved every aspect of learning during this course, and I can't wait to put these same efforts toward my day to day life when working as a healthcare administrator, I may have letters to write or reports to draft and I'll need professional English skills to do so. I learned that research is very important in argumentative because it helps back up your argument with sources who not only agree with you but are also credible and trusting. The lack of resources would just show that you are arguing based off of your own opinion and everyone has an opinion that may not be the same as yours. I feel like I have grown as a writer because I have always looked at things one sided, there's only one way to write an exceptional paper or provide the best feedback, but being in this classroom with other and looking at things from their point of view I can tell that I was wrong and need to work on thinking about the opposite side as much as I think about my own side.

(peer 2) Hello Classmates and Instructor, I do believe since beginning this course my writing has improved some but not much. What I mean by that is. I've learned to find references to back up my ideas or points I am trying to make in the passage that I am writing. As well as learning how to stay on topic with my passages and how to direct my information to my audience.

Learning how to structure my information so that I am not all over the place but in a steady informative structure. Being able to relate with my audience and knowing what information is vital. It's been a struggle for me but I am very determined to complete this course and to get to a point where all of the information I have been introduced to I can carry with me in my business adventures in the future. How to prepare a proposal and what format to use.

I never thought that the structure and references would be so important when preparing proposals or business plans .

But as we all know we don't all know everything and we can always learn something new to improve our lives and business ventures.
